Shipping, Refund & Returns Policy


Shipping cost is included in all sales.  All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.  A tracking number will be provided once a package has shipped. You can expect your painting to be shipped within 3 days of purchase.


All paintings are shipped insured. Returns will only be accepted – and a refund issued – if the painting arrives in a damaged condition. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact me immediately upon receiving the painting. I must have a photograph of the condition of the packaging and the damaged painting. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have notified me of a damaged painting, I will be in touch with you concerning your refund. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of time.

Returns will be discussed on an individual basis.


Exchanges will only be considered if the original purchase was received damaged. As the paintings are originals, I can only offer an exchange of another original of equal value.
